One estimate covering every trade on your project, so you can bid the whole job with a single, consistent set […]

A Full Project Estimate, Not a Stack of Separate Takeoffs

For GCs bidding complete projects, we combine every trade into a single organized estimate. Instead of piecing together numbers from multiple subs and takeoffs, you get one consistent report covering the full scope of work.

How We Prepare Your Estimate

Full Plan Set Review

We review the complete plan set across every trade involved in the project.

Trade-by-Trade Takeoffs

Quantities are prepared for each trade individually, then checked against the full scope.

Consolidated Project Estimate

Every trade is compiled into one report, organized by CSI division.

Key Challenges Contractors Face

  • Coordinating separate takeoffs from multiple trades into one bid.
  • Inconsistent formatting between trade estimates that slows down review.
  • Missed scope gaps between trades that surface after award.

Why Contractors Trust Our Estimating Expertise

Contractors trust us for full-project estimates because every trade is checked against the same plan set, so nothing falls through the gaps between scopes.

Frequently Asked Questions

Answers to the questions contractors most often ask before requesting an estimate.

What types of projects do you estimate?

We prepare estimates for residential, commercial, industrial, and institutional projects, from single-trade takeoffs to full multi-trade scopes.

What file formats can I upload?

You can upload PDF, DWG, and DXF plan sets, or Revit files. If your files are in another format, send them over, and we’ll confirm we can work with them.

How long does the estimating process take?

Most single-trade estimates are delivered within 24 to 48 hours. Larger, multi-trade projects typically take 3 to 5 business days, depending on scope.

How are estimates delivered?

Estimates are delivered as organized Excel workbooks and PDF reports, broken down by trade and CSI division for easy review.

Are project files kept confidential?

Yes. Every plan set and project file is handled under strict confidentiality, and we’re glad to sign an NDA before you share drawings.
